Sarah Palin confirmed on a talk radio show yesterday, that she was in for SNL tonight. Yet, Saturday Night Live is confirming nothing! Sarah Palin also confirmed yesterday, she doesn’t have a clue about the script. Will this be improv? It may be mayhem!

Sarah Palin wants to spread her wings and fly on Saturday Night Live. Guess what Sarah? SNL is really “LIVE”! Things can happen on a live comedy show. SNL loves to go over  that edge, that many politicians have cringed at on past episodes.

I am sure all of the SNL writers are dyed in the wool Republicans, though. Ms. Palin will be in good hands, don’t you think?

In a short few hours, we will know a couple of things. Whether or not, Sarah Palin really turned up on Saturday Night Live. We will also know, if  SNL played fair with Sarah Palin,  if she did  turn up.

This could be a real bad move that Palin has made. SNL could be the “lions den” of bad mistakes, that would make a few of Palin’s past interviews look like; walks in the park on a sunny day. Sarah Palin does not strike many of us to be wearing rose colored glasses, except on the campaign trail.

SNL is not a campaign platform. You have to wonder, how the SNL studio audience will respond to her.

Yet, Sara Palin could turn out to be a real good sport about it all; turn to a life of comedy, should her political career ever dead end.

Josh Brolin is hosting SNL tonight. No doubt,  Brolin will be portraying G.W. Bush in at least one good skit. If Sarah Palin is really onboard for tonight’s show, maybe she will just have a small walk on part?

There is something we can surely all count on. If Palin is really going to be on SNL tonight, Tina Fey will be playing her too.

This whole concept is very surreal. It has that “Mad TV’ quality about it all. We will just have to see what unfolds tonight, live in the NBC studios. God be with you, Sarah Palin.
